Prices displayed on www.costadels.com are per property, per night, unless otherwise indicated. All prices are in Euros unless stated otherwise. Prices include all applicable taxes and are subject to change at any time without affecting existing reservations.
Prices include full cleaning of the property before and after each stay, maintenance of the property, and cost of water, electricity, gas and internet. Extras such as parking, extra cleaning, cots and high chairs are available at extra cost.

Once you have made a reservation you will receive a confirmation email with the property details and booking dates, including instructions on how to reach the property. One of our team members will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and answer any questions.

Payments for bookings must be made through www.costadels.com. Payment confirms your contractual agreement with Costadels. The payment covers rental and cleaning fees. For cancellations refer to our cancellation policy. If booked through third-party providers (e.g. Airbnb) their terms and conditions apply.
Generally we cannot alter a reservation once confirmed. If you need to change any aspect of your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@costadels.com.
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@costadels.com. The following policy applies to direct bookings:
For bookings made through Airbnb, the Airbnb cancellation policy applies.
The guest agrees to use the property in a careful and responsible manner, to respect the property and neighbours, and to leave the property in a clean and orderly state. Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged to the guest.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the listing. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the listing. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a pet.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests who smoke inside the property may be charged a cleaning fee.
Costadels will not be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics or other force majeure events. In such cases, Costadels will make every effort to offer alternative dates or a credit.
Costadels acts as an intermediary between property owners and guests. We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings during the rental period. Guests are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Murcia, Spain.
